My husband didn't say we should go out, so I came here for lunch by myself. It's a little different from your average Chinese restaurant. It's a great place for wheat flour dishes. The lunch menu mainly consists of mapo tofu and the Irodori set, and you can also order from the dinner menu. Mapo tofu lunch 1980 yen It's a little pricey for lunch. Well, wheat flour has been rising in price, so I guess it can't be helped. Looking at the previous photos of people on Tabelog, it seems that the price has gone up quite a bit over the past few years. The mapo tofu has a color that I like. The sansho pepper isn't too strong, and the spiciness is a little on the spicy side, but it's just right with a nice flavor. But it's incredibly filling. I think there's a big block of tofu in it, too. The filling is a little firm, which I like. It came with shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling, and they were bouncy. The mango almond kernel neutralized the spiciness. I was happy that the hot tea came in a glass pot.
