ミニ誕生会
親戚を含めた家族８人で日曜のランチに訪れました。誕生日月にはアイスがサービスされるというので、４日後に６歳になる甥のミニ誕生会となりました。
弾力バーグと熟成牛カットステーキのコンボを注文しましたが、ハンバーグは高級専門店に比べて若干肉汁が物足りないものの高水準、ステーキも思いの外柔らかくて味わいもあり、満足行く美味しさでした。ペレット（焼石）でジュ～ッとやるのも楽しく、温度が下がったらすぐ熱々のに交換もしてくれました。じゃがいもも気に入りました。
食後には、店員さん全員かと思われる人数が席の周りに集まってくれ、ハッピーバースデイの大合唱。ピカピカ光る星が２つ入った少し大きめのソフトクリームが甥のもとに運ばれてきました。さらにおもちゃも２ついただけて、甥もゴキゲンでした。私は数量限定のプリンを注文しましたが、久し振りに食べた焼プリンらしい味で、こちらも美味しかったです。

ハンバーグが旨い店ですが、今日は義母が奮発してくれてお店お勧めの「とちぎ和牛」を注文。肉質は柔らかく、脂にも旨味が感じられますが、２００ｇだと終盤ややキツい人もいるかも知れません。
お店にとっても特別なメニューのようで、焼き加減が適切だったか訊きに来てくれたり、食後にサービスのアイスが出て来たりします。
