地域では有名で地元民に愛されている高得点ハンバーグステーキ屋さん
バイトの帰りに寄りますがお店は8割くらいの埋まり具合。繁盛してます。
店員さんは皆笑顔でとても気持ちの良い接客。
ここは一番人気のハンバーグ。パン粉や玉ねぎは使わずガツンと肉の味で勝負。中はレアで足りない分は備え付けのペレットで追い焼き。
肉肉しい味でしっかりガッツリお肉を食べてる満足感があります。
ただ自分はこの手のハンバーグが好きじゃないと判明。びっくりドンキーのようなしっかり味付けしてソースがいらないようなハンバーグが好きで。
こればかりは好みの問題だと思うので、しっかりこちらのお店のも美味しいとは思うのですが、好きかと言われると微妙。
なのでそんなに評価は高くしていませんが、こういうお肉が好きな人にはお勧めしておきます。
スープも濃厚でめちゃくちゃ美味しい。レトルトがあれば購入したかった。
