月曜17時過ぎ訪店。吟家は初めて。この時間、先客1組のみ。店内はちょっと暗め。カウンター席は1席ずつ衝立で区切られていて、一蘭の味集中カウンターのようだ。
券売機で濃厚醤油とんこつラーメン(¥800)の海苔増し(¥120)、麺硬めでオーダー。
早く出てきたと思ったら、麺はかなり硬め。スープは濃厚で麺とも絡む。味がしっかり染み込んでいるチャーシュー、うずら、ほうれん草がトッピングされている。
