The shop is located right at the south exit of JR Toke Station, at the entrance to Asumigaoka Birds Mall. This is a Japanese-born Hamburger shop that was founded in 1972 in Narimasu, Itabashi, Tokyo. For some reason, fast food restaurants don't seem to last long in front of stations on the Sotobo Line, but this shop is the oldest in the area, having opened over 30 years ago. It has a unique exterior with overlapping triangular roofs. There is also terrace seating in front of the store, so you can feel free to bring your pets. The bright interior, with sunlight streaming in through the glass ceiling, has an open atmosphere. The limited-time menu item, the "White Mos Burger," is a unique item with thick mozzarella cheese sandwiched in between. The flavor and umami of the cheese matches the richness of the meat sauce, making it delicious. The Mos Burger, sandwiched with sliced tomatoes, has a good balance of sourness and umami. When you eat it once in a while, Mos is still delicious.
