さむーい寒い日。
朝からずーっと寒い！
ティーは刺さらない、ボールはよく跳ねる・・・最悪のコンディション。
それでも腹は減る。
そしてランチタイムです(*^ω^*)(*^ω^*)(*^ω^*)
寒いのであったかいものを食べようとも思ったのですが、目に留まってしまったのが生姜焼き。
豚の生姜焼きで外れることは少ない、そんなジンクスに乗っかってオーダーです。
提供までは生ビール、追ってハイボール(o^^o)
おつまみは「へしこ」と「焼売」です。
へしこ・・・しょっぱい・・・分かってはいたことながら、やはりかなりの塩分濃度ですな‼︎
焼売・・・これイケます(*^▽^*)
からしをたっぷり目に付け、醤油を少々でいただきましたが、これ美味い‼︎
さてメインの生姜焼き・・・美しい(*^ω^*)
大きな豚肉に降り注がれた生姜ダレ、これが不味かったら許さない。
早速ひと口(*^ω^*)美味い！甘辛だ！
生姜の香り、この風味が絶妙にマッチです。
そしてお肉・・・これが柔らかい。
この柔らか仕上げの豚肉にご飯、合わないわけがない。
箸の動きが早くなる(⌒-⌒; )美味い‼︎
満足のランチでありましたが、後半もスコアは不満でした｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡
