おゆみ野とちはら台の間で、凡そ店が有るとは思わない場所に出来たフレンチ「Pleurote」
今年の３月に開店した一軒家フレンチのお店との事で・・ネコのゴハンを買うついでに訪問
ちなみに自宅からは１０分掛からない位の距離です。
表通りからはフランス国旗しか見えないので、何度か通り過ぎました(^^;
店の脇に５台分の駐車場、開店時間を過ぎても表の看板はcloseのままだったけど
店内明かりが点いてるので電話してみると、営業してますとの事。

都内のフレンチでシェフをしていたと言う店主は結構若め
新鮮な地元野菜を使ってお手頃価格で基本的フレンチを出す店というコンセプトは
この辺りでは成功しそうで・・帰る頃には店内満席＆駐車場待ちの車まで現れる状態。
店名のPleuroteは多分キノコのヒラタケの事だと思われますが、煮込み等に
マッシュルームなどが効果的に使われています。
味の傾向としても、ちゃんと苦みを使った料理が出せる店です。
フォークとスプーンはホールマークが入ってる銀食器かな？ 手入れされてます。
