感動的なおいしさ
1年半ほど前にできたこちらのお店にテイクアウトで訪問しました。
事前に前日に電話で予約をして訪問しました。
おしゃれにライトアップされたプルロットさん。
中に入ると美味しいお店なんだと実感できる香りが店内に充満していました。
日曜日の夕方でしたので、まだ店内で食べている方はいませんでしたが
テーブルには、セットされたカラトリー。
キッチンでは、料理の準備をされていました。
感じの良い女性スタッフさんからオードブルを受け取り、内容の説明をしてくれました。
ちなみにgo to eat 千葉 の電子クーポン使えました。
内容は
スモークサーモン
ポテトサラダ
大山鶏のテリーヌ
コノシロ
パテドカンパーニュ
の5種種類。
最初見た時は
これで3000円かぁ〜
なんて思っていました。
しかし、食べてみて驚かされました。
ポテトサラダは様々なスパイスが混ぜられていてそれだけでも美味しいと思っていましたが
ゴロゴロ入っているジャガイモの甘いこと！！！
こんなに旨みのあるジャガイモは初めてでした。
テリーヌも鶏のもも肉を使ってないと思われますが
とてもジューシーで鶏の旨味が凝縮されています。
パテドカンパーニュは、鴨肉やフォアグラなどが入っているとか…
食べ応えを残し、ゴロゴロと入っているお肉の存在感を感じつつ肉の旨みが溢れている一品。
他の品も美味しかったです♪
テイクアウトのオードブルには、1ランク上の4500円のものもありますので今度はそちらをテイクアウトしてみたいと思いました！
もちろん店内でもいただきたいです…！

以前テイクアウトさせていただきましたが
とても美味しかったために再訪問です！
前回は、3000円のオードブルを注文しましたが
今回は、期待を込めて4500円のものにランクアップしました！
電話で予約する際に出来るだけ前回と違うものだったら嬉しいです。
と伝えました。
すると
パテドカンパーニュ
フォワグラのテリーヌ
スモークサーモン
和牛の生ハム
魚（名前を忘れてしまいました）のマリネ
の五品目でした。
パンも2切れついておりました。
パテドカンパーニュ…肉のさまざまな部位を使っていて一口の中でもさまざまな食感、味を味わえておいしいです♪
フォワグラのテリーヌ…濃厚なテリーヌが凝縮されていました。苦手な人は苦手かもしれませんが、フレンチ料理としての美味しさを感じられます。
イチジクを使った甘いソースがかけられています。
スモークサーモン…程よい燻製の香り、塩味の強すぎない味わい。サーモンにも脂がのっていて最高です♪
和牛の生ハム…牛の生ハムはあまり聞きませんが、臭みもなく程よいサシが口溶け良くおいしい逸品。
魚のマリネ…白身魚が野菜たちと共に味付けされていて、なんとも言えないおいしさ♪
まだお店でいただいたことはありませんが、是非店内でいただきたいと思いました！
