Located in a tranquil spot just off the main road with a view of the rice fields, we serve classic French cuisine in a casual setting. Please feel free to come and visit us. |
友人3人で伺いました。
友人の知り合いの稲葉さん、通称稲葉ファームのお野菜を使っているお店。
5200円のコースに稲葉ファームのお野菜を使った料理一品を1000円で追加していただきました。飲み物は白ワインのボトルとカクテル1杯。3人で税込24000円ちょっとでした。盛り付けがきれいで味もよく、程々にボリュームもあり、お値段ともに満足しました。
店内はナチュラルカントリー風でとてもおしゃれです。
ほっとする感じで女子会にもピッタリ。
ウォームタッチのライトの色調とテーブルの無垢材がすごく落ち着きます。
前菜はさわらのカルパッチョでした。さわらって火を通すとぱさぱさになってしまうので、あまり美味しいと感じたことがなかったのですが、カルパッチョにするとオリーブオイルにとても合って美味しかったです。
さわらをこんなに美味しいと思ったのは初めてかも|'ヮ')
お料理には野菜がたくさん使われていて、盛り付けも鮮やかでした。
稲毛ファームの一品は、使われた野菜はおネギでした。が、これがネギとは思えない甘さ！すごく美味しかったです(๑'ᴗ'๑)
デザートに至るまで、お料理が本当に綺麗でした。
また伺いたいと思います。
