久しぶりの訪問。船橋に来たらここのラーメン屋さんに来ます。平日11時20分訪問。待ち人なし。

中華そば（800円）
スープ
初めの一口は煮干しのエグみを感じましたが、飲み進めていくと慣れてくるのかそこまで煮干し感も無く頂けました。美味しいです。
麺
船橋山田食品特選麺を使っている様です。玉子麺でしょうか。硬めの麺は味わいが
あります。
普通盛りですが大盛りくらいあるのもこちらのお店の特徴ですね。
数年ぶりの訪問でしたが、近くに来たらまた再訪します。
