船橋の老舗「赤坂味一」さんへ。いつも地元の方で混み合っており、昼のみの営業なので久し振りの訪問。2時だったので、タイミングよく入れました。
入り口に券売機が置いてあります。チャーシューメン1,000円を注文。見た目はノスタルジック。煮干の香りとナルトがザ・昭和、いい感じ。
煮干がしっかり効いた動物系スープにラード。船橋の山田食品特製麺は低加水の手揉み。しっかり小麦の香りと食感があり、ボリュームもたっぷりで、多分200g以上あります。チャーシューは噛みごたえあります。ネギやメンマもいい感じ。お店の雰囲気やラーメンの見た目を含めなぜか昭和を彷彿させる私には懐かしさを感じる味わい。若い方には逆に新しいのかもw美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
