船橋にあるカレー百名店「サールナート」。11時15分開店前に伺い寒いので中にどうぞと開店前にご案内頂きました。有難い。1日30食限定の昼だけ営業。5テーブル12席の狭小スペースながら、店主とサービスの女性お二人のアットホームな雰囲気。
バタークリームセット1,280円を注文し、バターチキンと本日のほうれん草とキーマ。
サラダと玉ねぎのマリネ、ヨーグルト、炊き立てで粒が立っている白米、そしてパリパリのナンがついてる内容充実のセット。
バタークリームは、チキンベースにクリームとトマトの酸味で甘口ながら程良い軽さに仕上がっている逸品。バランスが良くて美味しい。千葉にはカレー有名店シタールのバターチキンがありますが、コチラの方が良い意味で軽さがあり食が進みます。
ほうれん草とひき肉のキーマも美味しかったです。中辛にクミンやシナモン等のスパイスが効いていて、プレーンの白米とよく合います。
ナンもパリパリに焼かれ小麦の甘さを感じながら、カレーとも相性バツグン。お腹いっぱいです。
値段も内容に対しリーズナブルで、店主も気さくに話されており、アットホームな雰囲気のサービスも同店人気の理由ですね。また行きます。
