休日ランチは連れと久しぶりに船橋方面へ。船橋大神宮近くにあるこちらに入ってみました。先に受付を済ませておよそ30分後に再び入店、着席できました。連れはカレーセットをチキンと本日のカレー(キーマ)で、私はバタークリームセットをマトンで注文。キッチン横の席だったのでガラス越しに時々様子を見ながら料理を待ちました。店主がちょうど最後の仕上げでナンを窯から引き上げ縦に真っ二つにカットする場面を見て驚きました。そして料理が登場。バタークリームは甘口マイルドで美味しい！単独でもいけますね。マトンは辛口でも食べやすくて後味に名前はわからないスパイスの香りが残って良い。連れが食べていたチキンカレーが一番辛かったです。ヨーグルトはお好みでシロップをかけて食べるスタイルでした。後で知りましたが、ここは30人前限定のランチだそうで早めに行かないと売切れになってしまうようです。
