この日は友人と船橋でご飯。まだ行ったことの無い店がいいね〜と調べて見つけたのがこちらのバルでした。２人での訪問で、食べログだとカウンターしか予約できなかったのですが、ホットペッパーだとテーブルを予約出来たので今回はそちらで予約（＾_＾）
平日夜の７時頃。ドアを開けると店員さんが出迎えてくれました。予約名を告げ、４人掛けテーブルに案内されます。店内は見える範囲で既に８割近く埋まっており、賑わってますね！
ドリンクメニューもフードメニューもとても豊富、ドリンクに関してはメニューに記載の無い品も作ってくれるそう。珍しい赤ビールで乾杯し、以下の料理を注文しました。
・鶏のサクサクふわふわフリット
⇒揚げたて状態での提供。衣はサクサクと、鶏肉は柔らかくふわふわで名前の通りだな〜。添えてあるソースはちょっとピリ辛で相性良し！
・水牛乳モッツァレラのピザ Mサイズ
⇒比較的大きめなピザが来て嬉しい（＾_＾）生地は薄めですが、その分チーズがたっぷり。熱々のうちに食べたいよね。
・バルコの牛すじ煮込み
⇒コンソメ風味の牛すじ煮込み。真ん中に乗った半熟卵を綺麗に割って混ぜていただきます。牛すじが柔らかい。
２人ならこれくらいで充分お腹いっぱいになりますね。手のかかる料理ばかり頼んだからか、提供にはちょっと時間がかかりました。すぐに何かお腹に入れたい方はアンティパストなどを頼むのがベター。
時間が経つにつれて店内が満席となり待ち客まで出来た状況だからか、店員さんが割とバタバタしていて忙しそうでした。接客は普通です。
薄暗い照明で雰囲気は悪く無いのですが、煙草の匂いがちょっと気になりました。
