2回目の訪問です。入店するとすぐに子連れであることを察してくださり、お座敷をご用意いただきました。店内はアルコール消毒など、掃除が行き届いている感じでした。
前回親子丼を頂いたので、今回は別のものに。鶏もつ鍋定食@920にしました。夫は親子丼とぶっかけ蕎麦のセット@1050
15分くらいでしょうか、そこそこ待ってからご提供。
色々な種類のモツの味噌煮込み。味噌煮込みですが、白味噌のような甘めの味噌で、丸みのあるお味。
レバーや砂肝がゴロゴロと入り、ボリューム十分。お肉自体の質は、正直なところ高いとは感じませんでしたが、歯応えもあり、満腹中枢を刺激してくれました。大根や人参の野菜はクタクタに煮られ、スープがしっかりと染み込んでいました。ご飯がよく合います。
キャベツと大根の浅漬けはぽりぽりと、さっぱりとして口直しにちょうど良い。
とろろは出汁の味が優しめでさらりとご飯に馴染みます。ややアクが残っていたのが残念でしたが、嬉しい付け合わせではあります。
と、色々と書きましたが、親子丼との比べると、やはり安定の親子丼に軍配が上がる、という感想です。
親子丼の強みはなんといっても卵。甘めのとろとろの卵液にご飯が絡む。この組み合わせにはたどり着きませんでした。
西船橋の駅前という好立地なので、使い勝手は良いです。
