西船橋の駅の北口にある、ビルのB1階にあった。
サイゼリヤのお向かい。
オープン直後だったので、ほかにお客様いなかった。
でも、後からどんどん入ってきてる様子。
店内が広いから、隣に来たりはせず、間隔を空けてくれている。
焼鳥のお店だし、お蕎麦にもこだわってるとネットで見たので、その両方は食べたいと思ってたから、
せいろと選べる小丼セット 980円
小丼は鶏炭火焼小丼
そして、心惹かれてしまったのが白レバー♡
レアなレバーが大好きで…❤️
最近は、コロナのせいで、夜に焼鳥屋さんに家族で食べに行くこともないので、久しく食べてない
夜メニューも、提供してもらえるとのことだったので、白レバー 280円 も塩で1本追加。
ランチメニューの提供はすごく早い！
お蕎麦って用意されてたのかしら？って思うほどで、のびてないか心配だったけど、そんなこともなく、ツルツルシコシコで美味しかった！
蕎麦に詳しいわけではないので、硬めの食感であれば、乾麺でもいけてしまう自分だけど、やっぱり乾麺とは違う美味しさがあるな♪
小丼の鶏肉は柔らかくて、美味しい肉だった！
タレがもうちょっとかかってると嬉しかったけど…
白レバーも到着！

レバ刺しが食べられない昨今、これが一番のお楽しみだわ〜❤️
もうちょい塩がかかってて欲しかったけど、美味しくいただけた❤️幸せ❣️
全体的には味付けが薄めかと思ったけど、メニューの後ろの方を見てたら、健康を考えて、塩や醤油、蕎麦つゆなどもこだわっているようで、毎日でも飲みに来て欲しいお店としては、お客様に健康的な食事も提供していかないと、というお店の配慮も感じられて、好感を持った。
合計で1260円…
GOTOでもらったポイント500ポイント使ったから安く済んだけど、満腹具合からしてコスパとしてはどうだろうか…
サラダとかついたらもっとよかったかな？
