味付けは甘過ぎず濃すぎずちょうどよい。
卵の仕上がりもちょうどよく、美味しくいただいた。
カウンター席に座ったら、目の前で焼鳥を焼いていていかにも美味しそう。見ていると、串から外して焼き鳥丼にしていたので、次回は焼き鳥丼にするぞと思ったり。
いやその前に、お酒もこだわってるようなので焼鳥とお酒か、と次回への楽しみができた。
