大好きなお寿司屋さん。自宅からは非常に遠いが、近くに行く用事があれば必ず行っていると思われる。社会人一年目に知ったお店とあって、寿司や和食を食べる時はこの店と比較している気がする、自分にとっては特別なお店。
初めて知ってから8年の月日が経ったが、上品な大理石のカウンターとメニューの感じは当時と変わらず懐かしい。
一貫ずつ頼むお店だが、一貫50〜300円ととてもリーズナブルで、最上級の寿司屋の味は分からないが、絶品といって間違いないレベルのお寿司ばかりが出てくる。
特に好きなネタはシャコ、とり貝、大トロ。シャコはここでその存在を知り、大トロは塩レモンで食べる美味しさを教えてもらった。
今回もこの三貫を初め、全部で8貫とお通し、鮭のハラス焼きを吉野川の生酒で楽しんだ。昔と変わらない美味しさと職人さんの優しさに今回も大満足。仕事がしっかりされた寿司を日本酒360mlでつまみ、3100円で終わる店に未だ出会うことができていない。
中々行ける機会がないが、また近くに寄った際に必ず再訪するだろう。
