ふなっ子（千葉東船橋）こんにちは、ライフキンです。
昨年ですが、家の忘年会を兼ねて東船橋駅から徒歩1分。
いわし料理専門店のふなっ子に行ってきました。
いわし料理は、神田駅の「かぶき」が好きで時々行っていますが、
船橋市にもこういう店があるんですね(*’-‘)b
で、早速入店して、まずはいわしのユッケを注文。
うん、少しタレがきついですが、いわし自体は美味しい。
他にも、刺し身やなめろうも新鮮で良かった。
特になめろうに梅酢が付いているのが、GOOD!付いてない店も多いですからね。
味噌も控えめで、鮮度がバッチリでした。
変わり種は、いわしの春巻きですかね？
春巻き自体がアクセントで良かったですが、
奥のカキフライの方が美味しかったですｗ
日本酒はそれなりの値段がしますが、いわしの鮮度が良いし、
大体の料理で、ハズレがない。
いわし料理を食べたいけど、東京まで行くのはなぁ～って時に、
また利用したいと思います(*’-‘)b
