土曜の夜友達から夜飯食いに行こうと誘われた。焼肉食いたいなと友達が行ったことのあるお店に。県道船取線駿河台交差点の近くで地元では有名です。
上タン、上カルビ、ナムル、チョレギ、白飯を注文。
上タンは思いのほか歯ごたえがありやっぱり美味しい。
上カルビは見事なさしが入りとてもジューシーです。これぞカルビを喰っているという満足感です。
ナムルは安定した美味しさで箸休めに最適。大根のなますがサッパリして良かった。
チョレギは白菜の柔らかい部分で水々しさかあります。パリパリの食感と醤のタレが美味しいです。
もう少し食べたいけどお互いおっさんなので脂の少ないカルビと白飯を追加します。
カルビは脂部分が少なめですがこれでも十分に美味しいて言うか自分は上カルビよりこちらのが好みです。
結構良い肉を取り揃えているなと思いました。価格的にはまあまあの値段ですが長く営業しているだけの安定感があり船橋では人気のお店。
