香ばしい焼き具合、香りは良い。
しかし、ウナギそのものに旨みが少ない…。脂のノリが悪いのか？ウナギの甘みや身のふっくらとして、口の中でホロホロと溶ける感がない。
カジキマグロにタレを付けて焼いた物に、表面をバーナーで炙ると似たような物になるかな…。
お吸い物も薄い、出汁の味が無い。
リピートはしないと思います。
