身内の祝膳で初梅の花。
個室利用で極コースを頂きました。
湯葉料理ばかりと侮るなかれ、どのお料理も工夫されておりそれぞれ食感が違い飽きることなく美味しく頂きました。
汲み上げ湯葉は2人で１つのお鍋を使い交互に汲み上げていくのですが、皆楽しそうで会話も盛り上がっていました。
中でも湯葉揚げと生麩田楽がとても美味しかったです。
個室だったので気兼ねなくワイワイ食事ができて良かったです。
なかなか普段は行けませんが、又何かの折に利用したいと思います。
