船橋駅から徒歩10分。
大きな看板の焼肉屋さんがあります。
Googleマップで調べると「高級焼肉」と出てきます。。
さて、コースを食べログで予約していきました。
「肉ブーケ」付きのコースで、通常6480円のところがネット予約だと4980円と安くなっていました。
コース内容は以下の通りです。
◾️前菜4種(ローストビーフ、小松菜のナムル、もやしのナムル、キャベツのキムチ)
◾️ハマグリ網焼き
◾️チョレギサラダ
◾️薄切り上トロタン塩
◾️「肉ブーケ」
5秒焼きしゃぶ、黒毛和牛赤身もも肉、牛ほほ肉、上タン塩
◾️和牛赤身炙り握り
◾️手作り杏仁豆腐
「肉ブーケ」はコース内容のところには「千本スジ」と書いてあったのが「上タン塩」に変わっていて、何も言われなかったのは不思議でした。
最初の「薄切り上トロタン塩」は美味しかったです。
肉ブーケの中だとほほ肉は少し臭みが強くて、焼きしゃぶが1番マイルドに食べられました。
最初に肉ブーケまでの料理が全て提供されて、そのあとは全部自分たちの要領で焼いていくので、自分たちのペースで焼けるのは楽しかったですが、焼き加減などはなかなか難しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
