私の友達「やまとって高くない？」
私「2000円で人生で一番おいしいランチが食べれる店を高いと言うなら俺はもう何も言えねぇ」

何度も何度も何度も通っているのですが、やまとは本当には最高のお店です。
車でしか行けない立地なので、酒飲みの私は夜にはいけないのですが人生史上最高のランチはやまとのランチだと思っています。
まず冷麺。
やまとの冷麺は心の底から史上最高にうまいと思います。
私はめちゃくちゃな冷麺マニアではないですが、盛岡にいっても焼肉屋にいっても冷麺は毎回頼むタイプです。
いわゆる普通に冷麺が好きな人間ですが、100店舗以上冷麺を食べた人間として断言できるのはやまとの冷麺は日本一うまい！！！！
麺も出汁も異常です。
なんだこれは。
ミニサイズもあるので、ぜひぜひぜひ冷麺を食べてほしいです。
そして接客。
男性店長を始め、女性店員の接客のレベルがスターバックスを超えています。
高級割烹レベルです！
（※実は一人だけ難ありな方がいらっしゃったのですが、最近改善されて非常に嬉しく思います）
採用が素晴らしいのか、教育が素晴らしいのかわかりませんが、素晴らしいお店だと思います。
そして肉！
肉も美味しいのですが、これは様々な方が書いてるので割愛します。
やまとは特別な日に、ハレの日に行きたいお店。
ここなら絶対に幸せになれる食事ができる。
ずっと通いたいお店です。
