船橋は将泰庵、やまと、金剛苑、学一、美福苑と老舗系から新興系まで焼肉店が多くあります。
最近は石田純一さんの焼肉店ジュンチャンもできました(こちらは後日投稿予定)
やまとさんも昔からありますが15年振りの訪問。
2年前のコロナ禍の週末夜でしたが予約でほぼ満席だったようです。
歳のせいか牛の脂がきつく感じるこの頃ですが、焼きロースともも肉ダイヤモンドカットが美味しかったです。そこそこの高級店ですが大箱なので家族連れが多いです。
