馬込沢から海神駅に抜ける道すがら、鮨清の大きな看板。大バコは苦手で、スルーしてましたが、駐車場も空いていたので、ものは試しに入店。カウンターとゆったり机の落ち着いた店内。上階には座敷もあるみたい。ふわとろ親子丼(840税込)も美味しそうでしたが、寿司屋さんならやはりにぎり、サービスランチの１．５人前(1575)を注文。にぎり１１貫とカッパ巻きに、味噌汁と嬉しい茶碗蒸付き。中でも蛸のにぎりは、塩レモンで新鮮な味覚でした。別メニューで塩レモンづくし５種(1155)もあるようです。隣客の注文にほだされ、ふぐの唐揚げ(1260)を追加。ゆずを絞りサクッツと噛むと旨味がジュヮと走ります。品書きを拝見、にぎりは玉子(105)から大トロ(525)で高くはありません。食べてみたい料理は、先ほどの塩レモンにぎり、江戸前炙り穴子(262)、銚子炙り金目(262)、松輪〆さば造り(1050)、銀だら味噌幽庵焼(840)、蟹と生湯葉のグラタン(840)等々、丁寧な職人仕事と創意工夫の感じるメニューが沢山ありました。日本酒や焼酎も揃っていて、夜に来てみたいお店です。
