所用で西船橋。お昼から焼肉でも食べましょうかね。駅からほど近いところにあるコチラへ行きました。
千円前後で色々とメニューがありますが、ホルモン系の「スタミナ定食/850円」にしました。お肉の内容は味噌ダレに浸けてあるタン、レバー、ホルモンの３種類で…ホルモン？
ホルモンて白肉の総称の認識なんですけどねぇ。これは脂身がほどよくあるテッチャンですかね。
御飯は、白米と十六穀米から選べるとあったので十六穀米をとオネーサンにオーダーしたのですが、ちょっとしたら戻ってきて「あいにく、今日は十六穀米を切らしておりまして…」と。まぁ白飯で問題ないので、それに変更。
だったら表示とかしといてよ、とか思ったけど何せこのコロナなご時世。食材の仕入れにも苦慮しているのかなぁと勝手に好意的に理解するようにしました（甘いかな）。
まずチシャ菜だけのサラダ。まぁ普通。ワカメスープも普通。キムチも普通。御飯は御茶碗1.5杯ぶんくらいあって結構量があります。これは良し。
それでお肉。タンはタン先ですかね、少し歯ごたえのある肉質。レバーはホントは生レバが好きなのですがグッとこらえてよく焼き。エッジも無くそんなに新鮮ではないように見えた事もあり。
それでこの店の言うホルモン。脂ぶりぶりで好きなやつ。皮目を焦げ目つくくらい、それも醤油系のタレに漬けた時に「じゅっ」っていうくらい熱々に育てて頂く。コレはウマイ。
御飯と焼肉でガッツシ。これに食後のデザートとしてバニラアイスまで付いてきます。
ちょい気になる点もありましたが、千円以下でこの内容ならプラマイで言えば個人的にはプラスです。千円以上のはどうなのかな。
