西船橋にて、「もつ鍋」を食すならココ！
と、毎回お邪魔させて頂いております。
スープは「白味噌」「辛味噌」「醤油」「塩」などから選べます。
ぷりっぷりのもつは、本当にフレッシュで臭みもないので、
どなたでも召し上がれます。
〆はもちろん、ちゃんぽん麺がお気に入りです。
ほかにも、西船橋と言えば「小松菜ハイボール」に代表されるように、
小松菜の料理がたくさん。
そして「鉄鍋餃子」も名物。二人前から注文できますが、サイズは小さめなので
ペロリですね。
にぎやかな雰囲気でワイワイ飲めてしまう、満足度の高いお店だと
思います。
