西船橋・・・人生初めての訪問。福岡県出身の方ともつ鍋がある店を訪問。なんだかチェーン店チックなので調べたら、西船橋に7店舗、船橋に2店舗居酒屋を出店している株式会社山商という会社の店でした。って、西船橋だけでも7店舗って、それってトンデモナイ密度じゃないでしょーか。
博多をイメージする店ではありますが、実際のメニューはいろいろな要素、たとえば関東のもつ焼きなどもあり、オールジャパンな感じもしました。どんなお客様も満足です。
5,000円で飲み放題付きコースを注文、最初の刺身は違う店から配達されたのを見逃しませんでした、きっと刺身が得意な身内が近くにあるんでしょうね。
で、どんどん、コースは進みますが、鉄鍋餃子が美味しいなーと思った後に、最後のメインモツ煮込み。これが美味しかったので店の印象もよくなりますよね、やっぱり。
玉露サワーを飲んでいる人が多いような気がしましたが、私は飲み放題メニューで気になった「バクダン」（赤玉パンチ、焼酎、ラムネソーダ）を最後に飲みましたが、これはマニア用だと思います、私には無理でした。
