I didn't know about Honbinosu shellfish. It is said to be a clam-like shellfish caught in Funabashi. For the first time, I went into LASIA DAINING, a Seafood focused Dining Bar located on the second floor of an alley that turned to the right before Ekimae Dori crosses Chiba Kaido. The popular lunch menu here is Seafood pasta made with the Honbinosu shellfish. The four madams next door also all had Seafood pasta. To be more precise, it's like Seafood + vegetable mixed spaghetti. The flavor of the sauce seems to change daily, and Tuesday's is tomato cream. Salad, drink, and bread are also included for 1,000 yen including tax. The pasta that was immediately brought to us was a masterpiece filled with shrimp, squid, cabbage, spinach, sweet potatoes, lotus roots, and plenty of other mountain and sea delicacies in addition to shellfish. It's quite filling and doesn't taste bad either. The surfer-looking guys are busy cooking in the kitchen. However, the percentage of women is high. It's a surprisingly spacious space with nearly 30 seats. I'll come back if I want to eat lots of Seafood and vegetables.
