なかなか行かないエリアに仕事。
平日ランチ、西船橋駅から歩いて5分ちょっとのお寿司屋さん。
ランチ860円が気になって、こちらに行ってみました。
常連さんがメインなんだろうけど、私みたいな初めてって人もいる。
カウンターと小上がりの店舗。
カウンターに案内されます。
カウンターには、既に4人の方がいらっしゃいました。
◆ランチ 6貫＋巻物1本 860円
茶碗蒸し、小鉢、バニラアイス付き
これで860円って、どんな？って思うでしょ！
最初に茶碗蒸しを出してくれます。
『熱いですよ』と。
本当にアツアツ！持てない笑
回転寿司の茶碗蒸しの比じゃない。
と、いうことで少し冷めてから(^^)
職人さん2人で握ってます。
私が行った日は、1人の方は握り、もう1人の方は巻物。
お寿司の見た目は街のお寿司屋さんだけど、ランチとして十分。
『小鉢です』
えっ小鉢？
出されたのは小鉢レベルを超えたもの！
ひじきの煮物ともやしのナムル的なものだけで小鉢って感じ。
そこに天ぷら。一口サイズといっても立派！
ナスの天ぷら、イカ…かな。あともう1品、忘れちゃった汗
お味噌汁は、三つ葉の香りも良く、アツアツ。
タイミング良くバニラアイスも出してくれる
サラッとスッキリタイプのバニラアイス。
お腹いっぱい！
お茶を飲んでごちそうさまでした。
