I went to Anrakutei (Funabashi Hoden branch) for lunch. I ordered the Family Kalbi Lunch 150g (790 yen excluding tax) from the lunch menu. When it arrived after a while, I thought it was a bit of a failure as the ribs were about 60% fat. When I touched the meat with tongs, it was slightly frozen, and since I had grilled the frozen meat, I felt that the flavor had lost quite a bit of flavor. Perhaps because of that, the meat was tough. I used a sweet sauce, but it was neither bad nor bad. The kimchi was moderately spicy and the taste was not bad. The seaweed soup had a good seaweed flavor and was good. The rice was cooked firm and had the texture I liked. The almond tofu was not good.
