新京成線前原駅から東に７００ｍ。
住宅街に忽然と現れる、四半世紀以上営業を続ける中華食堂。
知る人ぞ知る名店だが、近頃はＴＶでの露出が増加。
人情派の店主は今は亡き自由が丘の『永楽』で修業、かつて元首相の料理人も務めたという経歴の持ち主。
青い看板の店舗入り口脇には、店主のマグロ解体ショーの写真。
店内入ってすぐ、中華料理店らしい厨房を囲む赤いカウンター。
左手には座敷を完備。
メニューは中華各種の他、刺身定食や鰻丼も。
炒飯と餃子のつもりが、大間のマグロと聞いて刺身定食に変更。
コロナ禍の影響で出前の注文殺到で、店主も数人のスタッフも大忙し。
普段なら店主の飾り包丁の技術を凝らしたツマが付くのだが、この日は忙し過ぎて過ぎて
鮪は脂がのって臭みが無くほのかな甘みがあって旨い。
スープが「プリキュア」のお椀なのはご愛敬。
安くて旨い、技あり店主が腕を振るう名物食堂。
