店はちょっと古く汚ないかんじですが、若い店主さんが意欲的に料理をされてる感じ。
ボードに本日のオススメも書いてあり、イカの青唐醤油漬けとか、一杯呑みたくなるメニューも載ってました。
初めてソースラーメンにチャレンジなので基本のものを頼みましたが、味はソースの風味が強いので美味しいのですが湯切りの失敗したカップ焼そばを上品にした感じがしてしまいます。
毎日食べたい味ではないけど、たまに食べたい変化球かなといった感想です。
お店がもっと綺麗なら通って他のメニューも試したいな。
