北習志野という地域は、この界隈では人口が多いせいか飲食店なども集中しています。
でも高級店はほとんど無いと思います(恐らく）。
で、ここは恐らく北習志野で一番の高級店だと思います。
あっ、車鮨の夜も高いけど(笑)
場所は、消防署の近く。
店の前にくると、お客さんが先に入っていきます。
もともと懐石料理店なので夜は高そう。
店内は思ったより広いので、宴会にも使えます。
11時開店のせいか、店内はお客さんが3割ほど入っています。
接客の女性は皆さん和服姿。
座敷が良いかテーブル席が良いか聞かれますが、椅子の方が楽なのでテーブル席へ。
コースは5,000円くらいになりますが、そこまで出す気はないので普通のものを。
私は、刺身御膳（1,890円）、かみさんはにぎり天麩羅御膳（2,310円）を注文。
見るとお隣さんは松茸御膳を頼んでいた。
豪勢ですな。
料理は結構待たされます。
いらいらしないで待ちましょう（ｲﾗｲﾗ･･･ｲﾗｲﾗ）。
やっと来ました（ﾎｯ）。
まずは刺身御膳。
この「魚つぐ」はもともと地元の魚屋さんです。
駅前にスーパーも経営してます(元は三越スーパーでした）。
ですから魚は良いものがあるはずです。
刺身は思ったより小さいですね。
皿に乗っているのは、鮪（赤身・大トロ）・平目・カンパチ・帆立・イカ・海老・雲丹といったところ。
この中では、大トロと帆立・雲丹は良かった。
これくらいの鮮度のネタなら上出来だと思います。
まぁ、値段からしたら当たり前かも。
にぎり天麩羅御膳。
天麩羅は海老2尾・イカ・キス・サツマイモ・ししとう。
にぎりは中トロ・いくら・飛び子・平目・イカ・海老・穴子・芽ネギ・玉子焼きといったところ。
天麩羅は海老を一ついただきましたが、揚げ方がいま一つですね。
ネタは悪くないですよ。
寿司は近くの「寿司処 魚つぐ」より良いかもしれない。
最後の茶碗蒸しは思ったより出来が良かった。
値段相応と言えばそれまでですが、北習志野で外れのない店だと思います。
