茂蔵って、ちょっと目を離すと
新製品がどっと投入されていて。
ええ、もう、豆腐じゃなくていいです。
おもしろそうなら。
【レバ刺身みたいな蒟蒻】
ビジュアルはかなり凝っています。
赤褐色に色づけられ、表面に肉っぽい凸凹。
そこに付属の白ゴマをまぶすと、
パッと見、レバ刺のように。
で、付属のタレをつけて。
うーん、やっぱり蒟蒻だよー。
タレの方はナンプラーを使って
臓物感を出そうと頑張っているのは
十分に伝わります。
ネタとしては、良好な刺身蒟蒻。
【山盛りメンチカツ】
ネーミングと、5個入り216円という安さに
惹かれて買ってみましたが、
スーパーでよく売っている感じ。
しかも、手作りのメンチカツの方ではなく、
大量生産タイプの。。。
