日曜日 夕方16時45分ごろ訪問しました。先客はテーブル席は満席。カウンターは6席空きがあるだけの大混雑。
展示会のあった不毛の幕張を脱出し、稲毛、西船橋と回って参りました。帰りつくところは決まってるんですね。
500円の8月サマーセットでドリンクとミニもつ煮と串焼き2本。
630円相当です。
夏は生ホッピーかかっぱ焼酎に限ります！
ここのカッパハイは、南口のよっちゃんでエアーだったのを忘れてリスクを冒しましたが、当店のはしっかりかっぱ味がしました。旨いです、旨いです。このドリンクだけ中はそば焼酎だそうです。
ミニもつ煮は、大宮のいづみや170円とほぼ同じサイズで130円とさらに安いです。
大振りなもつの柔らかさはもとより、味噌煮のトロトロ感と雑味のなさが光ります。
串焼きはガツ塩にしました。ニンニク味噌にすれば良かったですが、店員は塩かタレと言ってたなぁ。
ここのガツ焼きはデカイです。白いところと茶色いところが交互に刺さってます。
ジューシーなガツでした。いい焼き方だと思いました。
お腹が空いていれば数人でコンロを囲んで牛ミノでも焼きたいです。
