９月の平日の１８時頃に３人で伺いました。
西船橋駅の北口から、武蔵野線沿いに歩いて１分くらいのビルの２階にあります。
お客様は、会社帰りの人が多いように感じます。
まずは、生中。
さて、何を食べようか？
壁にはお品書きの短冊が何枚も貼っています。値段は、一品が５，６百円。気楽に、それぞれ好きな物を注文。そして、看板メニューのホルモン焼きと。
注文と同時に、ガスの焼き網が、テーブルにセットされます。各テーブルには、煙突が天井からパイプがぶら下がっており、煙と臭いを吸います。ホルモンがきました。部位は詳しくないので分かりませんが、匂いもなく、噛みきれないということもなく、美味しいホルモンです。いや〜、久しぶりの内蔵系ですが、肉に無い美味しさ。
話もはずみ、沢山頂きました。ご馳走様でした。
