Namaste. I am the self-proclaimed curry king. March 15th. Work from home meal. One of the good things about working from home more often is that I get more sleep. After all, my commute was over two hours, so I had to wake up before the sun came out. If you work from home, you won't be able to wake up one minute before work starts. Lol Another thing is that I am now able to go to erotic restaurants for lunch that I normally wouldn't go to. Today we invaded Shimousa Nakayama's ``Machoi'' which we were aiming for! ◆ Green curry grilled Gyoza / Dumpling with a little bit of meat and cabbage filling. An innovative fried Gyoza / Dumpling made with green curry paste mixed in and wrapped in a crunchy skin. ``Please eat it as it is as it comes with flavor.'' I was told to eat it and it turned out to be naruhoro. It's different and interesting. The taste is just like green curry paste, but it has a refreshing spicy accent. If the condiments were a little thicker, the taste and texture would change and it would be more moist. ◆Pork meatballs with red curry flavor Red curry paste is mixed into the pork meatballs. Adding lime brings out the flavor of the curry and makes it much more satisfying. This is great! It's also reasonably priced at 300 yen for two. Even if you eat 2000 pieces, it will cost you 300,000 yen! cheap! (I don't know) I want to eat this all the time and have a drink. ◆Bak Kut Teh Noodle I was expecting the deep, nutritious flavor that only Bak Kut Teh can offer, but it felt more like a light and healthy pho. The octagonal kahoru braised meat is soft. Hmm, soft. It's soft, but the flavor is lacking. The vegetables in the toppings are chewy and chewy, perfect for those with a crunchy fetish. This noodle is... maybe... I forgot to add it? Highly recommended for those who are trying to avoid salt! LOL ◆Komsao I thought it was Thai rice when takeaway, but it was Japanese rice, so it didn't feel foreign at all. But the taste is delicious. It feels like an advanced person's home fried rice. By adding the included sauce and mixing it, you can change the taste by adding sweetness, garlic, and exotic flavor. However, since the mochi and the sauce are sweet, I prefer eating it normally rather than adding sauce to it. The inside of the store is run by a male Japanese owner. A free-spirited customer service style that goes its own way. The coordination from the mouth to the chin is quite extreme for a restaurant of this day and age. LOL You can clearly see their faces as they happily communicate with regular customers and casual customers. Although pros and cons may be divided, the reason why it has remained a popular restaurant for so many years is because there are many people who support the owner's beliefs. I can feel your perseverance. When I asked about it on the way home, I was told that ``ma choy'' means sun in Vietnamese. It was certainly an impressive shop, with the sunlight shining in through the windows and the owner's sunny smile with bold white teeth.
