久しぶりの「縁」。入口でお出迎えのフクロウ×2羽も元気そうで良かった。この日頂いたのは、クロメバルのアクアパッツァ、子羊のロースト、生春巻き、蛍烏賊の酢味噌、モツの唐揚げ、空豆、シーザーサラダなど。和洋を問わない美味しい料理に大満足。私のお気に入りはアクアパッツァとそのソースを付けて食べるバケットです。
