あまり食べる機会がないから、ナンチャッテよりもちゃんとした沖縄料理が食べたくて伺いました。
船橋市民センターの向かい側の路地を入った辺り、分かりにくい場所にあります。
厨房の男性とフロアの女性二人で切り盛りされています。

ジーマーミー豆腐
こってりねっとりピーナッツ豆腐。
海ぶどうのサラダ
初めにドレッシングをかけると 海ぶどうが萎れてしまうそうで、食べる時につけて頂きます。
最近ASMRにはまってるんですが、よく登場するやつですね(笑)
良い音です。
もずく入りオムレツ
ふわふわオムレツの中身が、トロリとしたもずく。
塩気もちょうどよくこれはアリ。
てびち煮
コラーゲン！
韓国料理店で良く頂くのですが、沖縄の方があっさりな感じ。
あんだんすーおにぎり
肉味噌のおにぎり。
ソーキそば
やはりこれは食べとかないと(笑)
スープがすごく美味しかった。
ソーキもお箸でほぐれる柔らかさ。
フロアの女性も感じが良くて、アットホームな雰囲気のお店です。
