おでん、肉そば屋さんですが、ここ最近のコロナ過ですが、昼の営業でがんばっていらっしゃいます。
スパイスつけ麺GOLD FISHと店名がありました。
スパイスつけ麺1000円、麺は150、200，250，300ｇと値段変わらず選べます。
200ｇにしてみました。
無添加スープだそうです。スパイスなだけにカレーの風味です。
麺は自家製で北海道産の小麦全粒粉だそうです。これはパスタでもいいかもしれません。
おいしいですね。
具材が季節の野菜でしょうか、なす、パプリカ、かぼちゃを揚げてあります。チキンもスモークされていい風味でした。
麺は最初、足りないかな？とも思いましたが、ちょうど良い感じで、とても手間暇かかっている感じの一品でした。
