居酒屋の蕎麦は、それだけで酒のアテになる。
・冷肉そば780円
盛り蕎麦の上に甘辛く煮た豚肉とネギがたっぷり乗っている。まず、この肉とネギで酒が飲める。そして、蕎麦を啜るごとに酒を飲む。これだけで日本酒3杯はイケる。
日本酒が充実している。どれでも1杯(150ml)680円。
今回は能登半島地震被災地応援のため石川県縛りで。
手取川 シャキッと辛口
益荒男 山廃純米
加賀鳶 超辛口
それぞれ旨し。
酔って縛りがどーでもよくなり、
栃木 鳳凰美田 酒未来
を追加。鳳凰美田はどんな酒米使っても、独特なフワッとした甘さがいいね。
