ビストロ・コマの西船橋店。こちらは船橋店とは違ってジビエに走ってないし、ワインもリストがあって明朗会計。ただ、ビオワインの魔の手(?)は西船にも伸びていました(笑) 泡以外は全てビオ。
でも、西船は船橋よりも安い飲み屋が多い土地柄で、グラスワインで千円以上の値をつけても頼む客がいるかどうか。とは言え、スーパーで買えるような安ワインを置くのも何だか切ない。安い上に何か付加価値をつけようとすると、いま流行りのビオワインになってしまうのかな、と思う。
<船橋産白ハマグリの竹鶴蒸し>
白ハマグリは俗称で、正式にはホンビノス貝。外来生物だけど、味が良いので船橋市が地元の名産として売り出している。竹鶴とはウイスキーではなくて、広島の地酒。
貝自体も美味しいが、残った汁を使って+500円でパスタを作ってくれる。これが絶品。一皿で二度美味しい料理。
ビオワインはグラス550円から。シャンパーニュ(リシャール・シュルラン)は新年特別価格で900円。結構頑張っていると思う。
