私が最後に行ったのは一ヶ月ほど前になります．
ちょうど二階の奥でワインの会が開かれており，多くの客が楽しんでいる日でした．
ワインの会自体はワインに慣れない人が親しんでもらうための企画のようですが，
隣で見ている感じではある程度飲み慣れた人ばかりが参加しているようであり，
初心者である私としては参加しにくい雰囲気でした．
この点はもう少し工夫されるといいかと思います．
小松菜のキッシュは地元西船橋産の野菜を使用していますが，
小松菜の旬な時期が何時か不明なので断定できませんが，
ちょっと苦みが強い印象を受けました．
ただ，地元の食材を使おうというコンセプトがはっきり伝わり，
こういったお店に行って農家も応援したいと常々思います．
この日はワインの会開催のため，特別メニューが出されていましたが，
美味しそうだったため(確かアジのマリネとトマトソースのパスタ？名前は不明)
店長にお願いしたところ，特別に出していただけました．
この日一番のお気に入りになったことは言うまでもありません．
店長さんもお若い方で，自宅から自転車で通われているそうですが，
まだ三回ほどしか訪れていない私たちのことを覚えて下さっていたようで，
丁寧な挨拶をいただき非常に嬉しく思いました．
スタッフも全体的に若く，快活且つ力強い印象です．
料理のボリュームは値段の割に多く，若い人にお勧めです．
ワインの会を開くほどですからワインにもこだわりが感じられ，
飲み慣れていないぐらいの人が慣れていくのにぴったりだと思います．
特に肉料理は鶏のソテー等満足感あるものだと思います．
パンに塗ったレバーのパテがまた香ばしく美味しかった…．
今度はハマグリのワイン蒸しを頂こうかな．
