ここはこれで安心して食事ができます。
盛り合わせは、味はやや控えめ、これがワインに良く合うんですね。
ワインは南仏のロゼがでてきました。
盛り合わせとの相性は、間違いなくバッチリです。
骨格がしっかりした、パワフルロゼには、トマトベースのパスタがいいですね、少し油少なめでオーダーします。
ズッキーニの食感もまた、たまりません。
あっという間の時間ですが、存分に楽しめました。

手羽元がフレンチにかかると、ワインに合うんです。
ボジョレーを頂きましたが、絶妙。
甘辛の味付けが、優しいワインに似合います。
煮込みも、トロットロ。
ホロホロと口の中でとろけます。
