今回私は、ランチでお伺いしました。
入店すると和装の女性の方にご案内をうけ
席に着く前から気持ちが高ぶりました。
連れは将泰庵御膳（3800税込）と
私は飲めるハンバーグ御膳が目的で入店したので飲めるハンバーグ御膳のチーズ&デミグラス 300g（1900税込）を注文しました。
最初に前菜が2皿三品出て、焼肉はまず、塩の3点盛り各2枚づつ（内モモ、友三角、シンシン）
内モモはほとんどサシがなく薄すぎるのか、赤身の為か焼くと網に引っ付いて取りづらく
肉のスライス自体が剥がれなく欠けてしまう…
シンシン、友三角は柔らかく旨味もあり
とても美味しかったです。
次にタレの2点盛り各2枚づつ（5秒上ロースとカルビ）ロースの方は卵黄とタレが一皿にきてすき焼き風に食べる最近よく見るスタイルでしたが、ご飯がすすみ間違い旨さでした！
カルビは普通でしたが、ランチであの価格ではほとんど文句はありませんでした。
デザートの杏仁豆腐も甘さ控えめで金粉もあり高級感を感じさせられました。

イメージを膨らませて伺ったせいもあるのかな？でも、切ったら油が溢れ出てきたから
A5だからアブラもあるからなぁって思いました。
デミグラス感は薄くチーズの主張も控えめでそれはそれでありでした！
デミグラスソースたっぷりなイメージの方は物足りないかもしれません。
現に塩をくださいと言ってしまいました。
どちらも味はとても美味しかったのですが、卓上に塩が欲しかったです。
接客や部屋は個室でランチであの感じで食事出来るなら、またお伺いしたいです！
後…赤だしはもう少し濃い方が…
