【船橋】“天下一の焼肉 将泰庵”
千葉県で一番有名な!?焼肉店に初訪問。
最寄りは船橋駅か京成船橋駅で徒歩6分ほど。
この日伺ったのは総本店(新館)。
なんと2階建ての一軒家レストラン。まるで表参道のラグジュアリーアパレルブランドのような佇まいです。
1階にはテーブル席メインで完全個室が1部屋、2階は完全個室。
この日いただいたのは一番リーズナブルな”雪コース”(7590円)。
お肉は全て店員さんが焼いてくださいました。
肉寿司から始まり、ズワイガニの入った冷たい前菜やオマール海老の塩焼きなど、一番リーズナブルなコースでもお肉以外のメニューが充実。
焼物はタン塩から。この時点でこのお店の肉質の高さがわかります。都内の人気店にも劣らない美味しさです。
シンシンのすき焼きから。濃厚で味の濃い卵黄に絡めていただくのですが、残ったタレが勿体無くてご飯を入れたくなりました…!!(笑)
ド派手な演出で提供される焼き物三種(この日はカルビ、和牛ハラミ、トウガラシ)。
どれも肉質が高く、程良い噛みごたえのある部位も旨みたっぷり。焼肉食べてる〜って感じがちゃんとする。味付けも好みです。
〆は玉子雑炊。具材が沢山入っておりさっぱり美味しい。
良い、とても良い。
駅からは少し歩きますが、この立地だからこそできる価格帯、豪華な内装なのだと思います。
次回はここの名物飲めるハンバーグもいただいてみたいです!!
