将泰庵グループは千葉の船橋を拠点とする、焼肉・しゃぶしゃぶ等の肉料理を展開するお店です。
船橋市と千葉市に7店舗、東京は新日本橋（焼肉）・池袋（しゃぶしゃぶ）・渋谷（肉バル）の
3店舗を展開しています。私の記憶が正しければ此方の本店は以前はランチ営業はなかったはず。
土曜日の昼、相方が焼肉が食べたいと言うので調べると、いつの間にかランチ営業がありました。
これまでは夜しか食べられないお店と思っていたので即座に予約。8年前にここ本店でディナー、
2年前に船橋はなれ店でディナーしており、今回が3回目ですがランチは初なので如何なものか。
到着すると本館は営業していない様子。隣接する新館ビルに入店です。本館は和の佇まいで店内
はお座敷席ですし内装や照明も趣ありましたが、新館は大正モダン風のラグジュアリー空間です。
1階は4人席が4卓と半個室が1室。おそらく2階は完全個室が数室ある模様。と言いますのも此方
はコースはフルアテンド制でスタッフが全て焼いてくださる為、コースが2階個室なのでしょう。
私達が案内された1階では、皆さんランチセットをそれぞれ自身で焼いて楽しむスタイルでした。
ランチは大きく分けて ① 焼肉御膳3種 ② 丼セット4種 ③ 飲めるハンバーグ御膳 の3種類。

私は丼セットの中から【極みの三食丼2728円】を選択。どちらもA5ランク黒毛和牛を使用です。
【特選焼肉御膳】前菜3種（肉巻き寿司・ポテトサラダ・もずくのキムチ）お肉は、ザブトン2・
シンシン2・5秒上ロース2・多幸豚2計8枚、サラダ、ご飯、赤出汁、デザート
【極みの三食丼】カルビ丼・ユッケ丼・飲めるハンバーグ丼がミニサイズで1度に3種楽しめます

このお得ランチに、追加肉としてカルビ（2枚）682円を注文。ランチ御膳限定の追加肉としては
他に、タン塩（2枚）979円、ハラミ（2枚）1078円、上カルビ（2枚）1078円もあります。
アラカルトでキムチ6種盛り合わせ1848円も注文。きゅうり・白菜・大根・青菜・高菜・長芋で
青菜が特に辛いのですがとても美味しい。やはりアラカルト注文は1品1品のお値段も上がります。
私はロースしか好まないので、アラカルトでなくランチの決まったセットの場合は相方とシェア。
相方のロースを頂きユッケ丼は相方へ進呈。看板商品の飲めるハンバーグもようやく試せました。
食べる前からわかっていたことですが私達は肉肉しい粗挽きの硬めハンバーグが好きで、やはり
飲めるような柔らかさは合いませんでした（笑）柔らかいタイプが好みの方は是非お試し下さい。
