現役時代から大好きだったシロちゃんのお誕生会の前に少し早めの結婚記念日ランチ。
食べログからネット予約して訪問しました。
GWの日曜日だったので船橋方面が混んでいて焦りましたが、何とか予約時間前にたどり着けて2階の豪華な個室に通していただけました。
提供までお時間少しいただくかもしれませんとのご案内でしたのと、この先の渋滞も心配なので凜御膳とカルビ食べ比べランチにウーロン茶を即座に注文しました。
すぐにウーロン茶と、ワンテンポ置いてサラダと小松菜のナムルと白菜のキムチが運ばれてきました。
サラダはパリッと冷えていて、繊細に皮の剥かれた胡瓜と、醤油ベースのドレッシングが爽やかで美味しかったです。
小松菜のナムルは素材の味を楽しめるあっさりした薄味、白菜のキムチはクリーミーでごはんが進む味でした。
食べ終わるタイミングでごはんセットとお肉も到着しました。
焼肉のタレはお醤油ベースの甘めのタレと、にんにくが効いた辛めのタレ。
カルビ食べ比べランチのお肉、すごく柔らかくて脂の甘味も申し分ありません。
凜御膳と何枚か交換して貰いましたが、私はカルビ食べ比べランチが好きだな〜。
スープは熱々で濃厚な白湯っぽいわかめスープでした。
他のスープも食べたくなるような絶品でした。
凜御膳には食後の杏仁豆腐も付いていました。
テーブル会計の際に店員さんがお礼を言ってくださったのうれしかったな。
ハレの日ランチをご馳走さまでした。
